By-laws respecting maintenance and occupancy standards
17A by-law of a local government made under paragraph 10(1)(e) shall include
(a)
the standards or codes respecting maintenance and occupancy of buildings and premises that are prescribed by regulation, or
(b)
the standards or codes respecting maintenance and occupancy of buildings and premises that are approved by regulation for adoption and incorporation by reference in the by-law.
